Q: How will I know when my order has shipped and how to track it?
A: Once we receive your order and payment, we begin our processing so that it is on its way to you within 24 hours. Orders leave our facility by 2pm PST so that they can be shipped out the same day. Orders that are received after that will be processed the following business day. After this, you will receive an email stating "Shipped: Tracking Available within 24 Hours" followed by another email the following day with a Canada Post tracking link included. In order not to miss any of these updates, add firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact. Otherwise they may end up in your junk folder!

Q: What are your guarantees?

Q:Where and who do you ship to?
A: We ship within Canada only and to adults only. We do not service accounts that have not had their legal age verified with Government issued ID.
Q : What is the age and account verification process?
A: Upload your ID onto your account for approval. ID must be Governmental Issued with your date of birth and full name visible, with a valid expiration date. This is a one time legal age and account verification requirement. *You must display the same ID when the order is received.
Once we are able to review your ID, you will receive an email notification stating that your account has been approved and verified. If you don't add us as a contact (firstname.lastname@example.org) these emails may end up in your junk folder!
Q:How secure is my account and BestPotDelivery.com?
A: Your personal information and your transactions are as secure as they can be. All transactions are secured with SSL channels and certificates. All information is stored in a secure and protected environment.
Q: When I go to checkout, the page just refreshes. How do I fix this?
A: This happens sometimes and how best to fix it is to access our site from a private browser and to clear your cache/cookies.
Q:Do you use pesticides?
A: Regarding our suppliers and pesticides: according to the regulations producers have to stop using pesticides 2 weeks before harvest.
However, our producers strongly believe that the use of chemical pesticides or fungicides are completely unnecessary during the production of consumable products such as cannabis. Our growers prove this by producing a top shelf product while using only organic methods of pest and fungus control. They achieve this by only using natural alternatives such as pest control through predator insects who feed on the insects that negatively impact the marijuana plant. Normally these insects would be controlled with chemical sprays and feedings which cause contamination of the plant cells. The control of mold and mildew is done through responsible growing practices that involve the strict cleaning procedures and environmental control of the facility.

Q: Missed package weight?
A: Highly unlikely but if so – contact email@example.com, and we will make it up to you. It’s a promise!
Q:Shipping and delivery?
A: We ship through Canada Post and comply with their shipping requirements. Deliveries take 2-3 business days on average (this may vary with conditions of Covid-19 and Canada Post staffing issues). A flat rate shipping fee of $15 is paid by the customer when order is placed.

Q : Do you offer a discount?
A: We offer regular and promotional (conditional) discounts. Order 14 grams and get 10% off. Order 28 grams and get 20% off.
Q: How do I get my package mailed with a “Signature Required”?

Q: What differs AAA from AAAA and AAAA+?
A: The difference is in the product's physical properties and effects. Physical properties would include: look, smell, stickiness and more. Effects would include: amount of product you need to consume to get the desired effect; how long the effects last for and how clean the effects are. With AAAA+ you consume less but get the highest (it is our purest product). Regardless, with BestPotDelivery.com even AAA would hit you quite strongly, especially when compared to the rest of online dispensaries. On BestPotDelivery.com the difference between AAA / AAAA / AAAA+ is very real and noticeable.

A: Yes. We operate Monday through Friday (not including statutory holidays), and check emails regularly over the weekend.
Q : Who is eligible to enter and shop on BestPotDelivery.com?
A: Only qualified (ID Verified) customers over the age of 19 who live in Canada are able to purchase cannabis through our site. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
Q : Refunds?
