NEW ID VERIFICATION SYSTEM

As you are aware Best Pot Delivery will be launching a new site on August 14/15, 2022, because we have a new site we have added a new ID verification system. The new system is created so that only the user can submit verification and so unfortunately all users who have been verified on the old Best Pot Delivery site must resubmit ID for verification.

Here are some things to know:

  1. Your account was transferred over to the new site, but you must RESET PASSWORD using the FORGOT PASSWORD link on the login page.
  2. Once you have logged in you will be on the ID VERIFICATION submission FORM. On this page you will need to fill out the required fields and SUBMIT YOUR ID IMAGE. 
  3. After you submit your ID your account will be in PENDING status, and you must wait until your account has been approved. During office hours between 9:30am-5:30pm PST you should expect your account to be verified within an 1 HOUR. If you have submitted your ID after office hours it could take longer but should be verified the next morning.

Here are some additional things to know:

  1. While your ID is in PENDING you will NOT be able to order, our system does not allow unverified accounts to checkout.

  2.  AT CHECKOUT you must use the SAME EMAIL that is attached to your account (the email that you use to LOGIN). You will receive an error when trying to checkout.
